Oracle is hiring an Applications Sales Manager to drive ERP, EPM, and SCM solutions in North America. You will leverage your ERP/ERM experience, work with top sales leaders, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

The role focuses on selling Oracle’s finance and budgeting products, with a strong emphasis on quotas and strategic account management. The position offers flexible and remote work options, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years ERP, EPM or SCM enterprise-level sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas.
• Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders at C-suite and LOB.
• Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects/customers.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
• Provide insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle’s product suite.
• Collaborate with sales executives to address customer challenges.
• Find technical solutions aligning with customer requirements.
• Participate in development and presentation of a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
