This hybrid role demands strong coding skills in TypeScript and Node.js, alongside excellent project management and customer interactions. You will lead ERP solution deployments and manage complex technical projects. Ideal candidates have expertise in ERP and CRM systems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary between $120k and $250k per year.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of business operations with ERP and CRM experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to prototype and build solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer accounts and project lifecycle.
• Use Naologic platform to build custom solutions for customers.
• Collect requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation for customers.
• Manage project timelines and keep customers informed.
• Act as voice of the customer and provide feedback.
• Design data integrations with existing systems.
• Translate customer needs into technical functionality.
