Job summary

LoansIntel is seeking a remote Triage Nurse who will provide telephonic and electronic triage support to staff and patients. This position is primarily for day shifts (8:30-4:30 PST), with occasional nights or weekends required.

The ideal candidate must have a valid RN license, a BSN or ASN, and a minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room experience. The role involves active triage of clinical issues, collaboration with mental health professionals, and care coordination.

Offers include a base salary of $80,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) with a company match.

Qualifications

• Active RN license through a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• At least 3 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience.
• Experience with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound clinical issues via phone and triage appropriately.
• Coordinate care with patients' other providers.
• Develop and deliver training on basic medical topics.
