Job summary

Maverick Trading is seeking independent traders for a fully remote equity and options trading role. Trainees join a structured qualification path and earn profits from trading capital allocated by the firm, with no base salary.

Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters, follow a rules-based risk framework, and work toward scaling capital based on performance. This is a 1099 contractor role with profit split based on results.

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital
