Job summary

Maverick Trading is seeking a fully remote Equity & Options Trader to join as an independent contractor based in Bel Aire, KS. You will trade US equities and options using firm capital with defined risk parameters, operating under a structured profit-split model.

There is no base salary; compensation is a profit split (top traders 90%). You will go through the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital and monthly payouts are issued on the first of each month.

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.

Responsibilities
