Job summary

Pride Health is seeking an Application Analyst with Epic Radiant/Mammo experience to support the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Epic applications. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technical teams to optimize workflows, implement system enhancements, and provide ongoing application support.

This 6-month contract offers a day shift, 100% remote work, and competitive pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare IT or application analyst experience.
• Hands-on Epic Radiant/Mammo implementation experience is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and support assigned Epic applications.
• Analyze current workflows and develop future-state workflows within Epic.
• Configure and implement system enhancements and optimizations.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 application support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and configuration records.
• Implement application changes following established change management processes.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to improve application performance.
• Participate in Epic implementation, upgrade, and optimization initiatives.
• Travel as needed for Epic training and remote site support.
