Chartis is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Consultant to support an upcoming healthcare IT engagement. You will provide general Epic Radiant application support, troubleshooting, and optimization, with potential involvement in radiology order mapping interfaces.
Remote work is allowed, and the role emphasizes independent work and strong collaboration with technical teams. The ideal candidate has hands‑on Epic Radiant experience, radiology workflow knowledge, and the ability to work
Qualifications
- Active Epic Radiant certification.
- Experience with Epic Radiant implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
- Experience with interface projects, particularly radiology order mapping and integration.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing Epic Radiant application support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Assist with Epic Radiant build, configuration, testing, and optimization as needed.
- Support radiology workflows, including order entry, scheduling, imaging procedures, and results management.
- Potentially assist with a new interface project, focusing on radiology order mapping and ensuring accurate data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams, interface analysts, and operational stakeholders to identify and resolve application or integration issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to radiology orders, workflows, and interfaces.
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of system changes and enhancements.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to improve application functionality and workflow efficiency.
