Job summary

Inova Health System in the United States is seeking an Epic Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time role offers regular office hours and the option for fully remote work for eligible residents.

You will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, manage testing, coordinate vendor demos, and guide team training. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 3 years Epic build/implementation is required, with EPIC ClinDoc certification on start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases, analyzes new releases and impact on workflow.
• Defines modifications to software or databases for system enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, testing, and project scoping; supports Lead/Project Manager.
• Manages IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Mentors/train team members on Epic processes.
