Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic Beacon certification required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary application analyst supporting the Oncology Research initiative within Epic Beacon and Willow.
• Coordinate and manage research-related build activities from requirements through validation, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Attend oncology research meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Maintain oncology research build tracker with milestones and issues.
• Partner with clinical research, oncology, pharmacy, and IT stakeholders to translate study requirements into Epic solutions.
• Design, build, test, and maintain research medications and oncology treatment protocols in Epic Beacon and Willow.
• Translate clinical requirements into Epic specifications and configurations.
• Ensure builds reflect study requirements while aligning with Montefiore workflows.
• Apply clinical judgment when evaluating build requests.
• Work remotely while maintaining communication.
• Develop test plans and document results; participate in validation and change control processes.
• Provide timely user support and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation for builds, testing, and workflows.
