Job summary

Tech Firefly is seeking an experienced Epic Beacon and Willow Oncology Research Analyst to design, build, test, and maintain adult oncology protocols and investigational medications within Epic Beacon and Willow Inpatient environments. This remote role requires dual Epic-certified pharmacist credentials, with a track record of deploying oncology research workflows in an Epic health system.

Qualifications

Valid RPh or PharmD in any U.S. jurisdiction.
Active certification in both Epic Beacon and Epic Willow Inpatient.
Proven track record of independently building and deploying oncology research protocols in an Epic health system.
Direct build experience in adult oncology workflows.
Ability to maintain core working hours aligned with EST.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain adult oncology treatment protocols and research medications within Epic Beacon and Willow Inpatient systems.
Track research build requests in the queue, manage project timelines, and present status updates during research committee and team meetings.
Perform rigorous QA reviews on research builds, execute validation, testing, and change control for all build work.
Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical research, and IT to align workflows with regulatory guidelines.
