Job summary
Ladders is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist, CAS for a remote US-based role in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. The position provides clinical and technical support for electrophysiology mapping and navigation procedures, helping physicians and hospital teams use advanced cardiac technologies safely and effectively.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 annually.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- 4 years with associate degree in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- 2 years with bachelor’s degree in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Preferred: B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with 4+ years in the cardiac field.
- Experience in technical training and supporting physicians in cardiac catheter ablation.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support to physicians on EP mapping and navigation systems.
- Educate physicians and hospital staff on procedures and safe, effective product use.
- Support regional sales objectives and help meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop customer relationships to drive incremental business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to conduct product training and strategize for success.
- Act as a representative to physicians and support staff.
