Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a remote EP Mapping Specialist to support cardiac mapping and navigation across the territory. The role requires driving to multiple accounts, training clinicians, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams to achieve CAS product objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cardiac mapping, strong training delivery skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. A valid driver’s license is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or associate degree with 6 years, or bachelor’s with 4 years.
• Experience in training physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters.
• Ability to travel up to 25% or more within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Regional Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate training for mapping and CAS solutions with local sales teams.
• Communicate with regional sales and clinical teams.
• Serve as a Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and staff regarding products, service and support.
• Act as a regional champion to share experience and promote mapping proficiency.
