Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Key Account Clinical Specialist to support electrophysiology (EP) procedures and clinic development. You will proctor staff, provide in-case training, and help develop centers toward independence, while maintaining strong client relationships across assigned accounts.

The role requires travel up to 50% and deep knowledge of EP ablation therapies, with opportunities to educate internal teams and create training materials for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to travel 50%.
• Registered Nursing Degree (RN), Certified Radiology Technician (CRT), or Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS) or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend and provide mapping support at EP procedures.
• Proctor staff and physicians and develop centers to independence.
• Contact and visit clients and potential clients, addressing questions and concerns.
• Provide in-case support, training on Abbott products, and staff education.
• Create and distribute case studies and training materials; Fellows training.
