Qualifications

• Willing and able to travel up to 50%
• Strong communication capacity to coordinate with multiple partners
• Presentation skills to articulate procedure details and Abbott technologies
• RN, CRT, RCIS or equivalent clinical experience
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Flexible schedule for case coverage, after-hours and weekend meetings
• Proficient computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Deep knowledge of EP ablative therapies and medical devices industry
• Compliance with vendor credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination requirements if applicable

Responsibilities

• Attend and provide mapping support at EP procedures.
• Proctors staff/physicians and helps develop centers to independence.
• Contact and visit clients, addressing questions and concerns.
• Provide medical professionals with in-case support, training, and troubleshooting for Abbott products.
• Execute EP development and staffing strategies per account.
• Elevate local clinical teams through execution and mentorship.
• Provide post-case debriefs and share best practices.
• Create and distribute case studies and training materials.
• Fellows training and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities.
