Qualifications

• Experience managing environmental projects from planning to completion.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects from initiation through completion within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate resources, set priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide progress updates and solutions.
• Lead client and internal project meetings to communicate progress and decisions.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and timesheets; address variances with corrective actions.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and escalate issues as needed.
• Document change orders and coordinate negotiations with clients.
• Review deliverables for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project documentation per Canacre procedures.
• Coordinate with Business Development to identify opportunities to expand services.
