seeks an Independent Contractor with subject matter expertise in Environmental Compliance Regulations to support its EHS consulting practice. The contractor will work remotely within the United States, serving multiple clients and delivering training and regulatory guidance. Responsibilities include developing curricula, conducting safety audits, and producing environmental reports while staying current on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental or a Science related field.
• In lieu of bachelor's degree, will consider an additional 3 years of environmental regulatory experience.
• 10+ years' experience as an environmental practitioner in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides consulting and educational services to clients, either in-house, off-site or through Internet technology.
• Develops, documents, and maintains curriculum and materials for general and client-specific applications.
• Conducts safety audits and assessments, develops customized reports and safety manuals, and delivers regulatory related training.
• Maintains a high level of regulatory expertise. Monitors and assesses regulatory changes, communicates regulatory information to staff and clients.
• Completes routine environmental reports for clients including Tier II, Toxic Release Inventory, Semiannual Deviation Reports, Annual Compliance Certifications, Emission Inventories, and Greenhouse Gas Reports.
