Job summary

Fisher Organization is expanding our remote sales team and looking for motivated professionals who are ready to take their skills in a new direction.

No previous insurance or sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and a structured development process. You’ll meet virtually with individuals and families, identify client needs, present life insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable.
• Willingness to learn a new industry and develop sales skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license.
• No previous insurance or sales experience required — training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families.
• Learn to identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions.
• Conduct virtual presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Learn and follow a proven sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
• Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills.
