Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual appointments with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with company-sourced leads and benefit requests.
• Educate families about available benefits and insurance options.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Manage follow-up activity and maintain an organized client pipeline.
• Complete ongoing product, sales, compliance, and professional-development training.
• Maintain required state insurance licensing and follow applicable regulations.
• Work toward individual activity and production objectives.
• Develop sales and leadership capabilities through ongoing coaching.
