GPAC is seeking a remote, commission-based recruiter with a base draw and the potential for substantial earnings. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, fill urgent roles, and negotiate offers while leveraging our training resources to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers

REMOTE POSITION -

This is a commission-driven position with a base prepayment, with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.
