Job summary

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a full-time Distribution Specialist to work remotely from the United States. You will process retirement plan loan and distribution requests and communicate results to participants and plan sponsors.

Training is provided and no prior industry experience is required. Responsibilities include preparing packages, identifying RMDs and defaults, assisting clients and advisors, and maintaining accurate communication with plan sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Able to prioritize, work independently and meet objectives without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process distribution and loan packages from start to finish.
• Identify defaults and RMDs from reports or sponsor data.
• Assist participants, clients, and advisors with distribution/loan inquiries.
