Talantir is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge users and development teams, translating needs into BRDs and documenting AS-IS/TO-BE processes. You will help create test cases and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with strong communication skills and experience in elicitation methods.

This is a remote, full-time US-based role. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, with visa sponsorship and benefits including 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience capturing user needs via workshops, interviews or similar.
• Experience writing Functional and Non-Functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between users and development teams to clarify business and IT processes.
• Gather requirements and translate into Business Requirements Documents.
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes to guide solution design.
• Assist in creating test cases and verify solutions meet requirements.
