Talantir is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst for a remote, full-time role. You will collaborate with multiple teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for the tech team.

You will analyze data with Excel and basic SQL, build simple dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and support testing and agile ceremonies to help projects run smoothly. You will communicate clearly with stakeholders and assist in sprint planning and daily standups,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Power BI, Tableau or SQL is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $60,137.62 - $75,015.20 per year
