Remote Enterprise SDR Manager (Payments)

A global leader in branded payment, incentive, and loyalty solutions is looking for a driven Enterprise SDR Manager (Payments) to lead and inspire a high-performing team of 8 SDRs.

In this leadership role, you will drive pipeline growth, enhance team performance, and develop scalable sales strategies to fuel our enterprise sales funnel. Your ability to motivate, coach and manage a diverse team will be critical in meeting aggressive revenue goals and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise SDR Manager (Payments):

  • Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across cold calling, email, and social media to grow our market reach
  • Track and analyze SDR performance metrics - including activity volume, conversion rates, and pipeline generation - to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team, setting ambitious goals and equipping them with the resources to exceed expectations
  • Stay on the pulse of industry trends and evolving best practices to keep the team innovative and ahead of the curve
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts with company goals and key target segments
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with team members, providing constructive feedback and building trust to support their development and resolve challenges
  • Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to manage daily activities, measure success, and report on team performance

Key Requirements of the Enterprise SDR Manager (Payments):

  • 2+ years of experience leading an enterprise sales development team with the Payments industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding team targets and driving performance
  • Skilled in coaching and team development, with the ability to unlock individual potential and guide SDRs to success
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach to leadership and decision-making
  • Results-driven, with a consistent history of achieving or surpassing pipeline goals
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
  • Hands-on experience with sales tech stacks such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Gong, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
