Job summary

Five9 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue in the greater Atlanta market. The successful candidate will have over 7 years of experience in outside enterprise sales within the Contact Center software industry.

You will work remotely and be responsible for creating new business opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary range between $106,800 and $264,700 USD, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of outside enterprise Contact Center software or CRM sales experience.
• Experience selling at the C-level and a proven track record of sales excellence.
• Ability to work independently and handle rapid changes.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive revenue within a specified region or named accounts.
• Leverage various channels to build pipeline and accelerate wins.
• Generate business opportunities through networking and cold-calling.
• Meet and exceed all sales quotas and maintain account forecasting.
