Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, CS, Engineering or related quantit.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 7–8 years of management experience in enterprise risk or operational risk management.
• Proven experience designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and BI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and executive reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise risk dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions using Power BI and BI/AI platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, gather requirements, and develop scalable reporting solutions.
• Analyze performance, key risk indicators, and trends to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions and business performance.
• Automate and optimize recurring reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Support advanced analytics capabilities including AI-enabled reporting and predictive insights.
