Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building a new era of learning. As Staff Product Designer for our Enterprise customer platform, you will own design from the ground up, reporting to the VP of Design and shaping how admins, HR and L&D teams interact with data, dashboards, and integrations.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, extend our design system, balance speed with clarity, and mentor other designers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping enterprise software for admins, HR, or IT.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• AI-native experience and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design the Enterprise platform end to end from a blank slate.
• Research buyers and translate findings into actionable designs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ship MVP quickly and iteratively.
• Contribute to the design system and governance for scale.
• Mentor other product designers as the team grows.
