$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Title: EDW Architect II

Location: Remote, but candidate must work PST hours (No EST candidates)

• Data governance protocols
• Documentation & training
• Stakeholder collaboration

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience (Mandatory):
• 16+ years in data engineering/architecture roles, including:
• Data modeling
• OLAP, RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle)
• NoSQL
• Hadoop/Cloudera
• Talend
• EDW projects
• OR: 20+ years of relevant IT/business support experience without a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in:
• Data Governance implementation
• Designing infrastructure across the entire data lifecycle

SQL Skills:

• 3+ years hands-on with SQL (MS SQL Server or Oracle).
• Strong experience with:
• RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop
• Database service programming

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (CS, Info Systems, etc.) OR 20 years of equivalent experience.

Nice to Have / Implied Expectations (Even if not explicitly labeled):

• Familiarity with Data Governance practices for data at rest and in motion.
• Experience working across clinical, research, and administrative data domains.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
