Qualifications
- Experience designing complex enterprise data migrations, preferably for mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong SQL, data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and data quality expertise.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Ability to document architecture, runbooks, and stakeholder communications.
- Knowledge of secure data handling and governance practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and inventory of enterprise systems and data.
- Plan target-state integration and migration strategies for acquisitions.
- Implement and orchestrate data migrations using ETL/ELT pipelines and APIs.
- Develop automation and AI-enabled tools to improve data quality.
- Create cutover plans, runbooks, and post-migration support procedures.
