Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Data Solutions Architect to lead data and AI architecture strategy across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Snowflake, and AWS. The role focuses on ontology-driven analytics, governance, and scalable patterns for enterprise data platforms.

You will collaborate with technology and business leaders to define roadmaps, standards, and architecture governance, enabling secure, cost-efficient data and AI solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• 5+ years in enterprise or domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise data, cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data modeling, ontology/knowledge graph concepts, data mesh and data product thinking.
• Strong AWS and cloud-native patterns, event-driven and API-based integration, high availability, observability, and IaC.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI governance and Responsible AI controls.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with TOGAF/ArchiMate or similar frameworks; ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ontology strategy and architecture on Palantir Foundry/AIP with governance.
• Define reference architectures for Foundry and AIP capabilities and guardrails.
• Architect AI, GenAI, and Agentic workflows grounded in Ontology with responsible AI controls.
• Define data architecture target state, data mesh/lakehouse patterns, and data product standards.
• Set standards for data integration, API, and event-driven patterns across Snowflake, Kafka, and Palantir.
• Guide cloud integration and enterprise integration patterns on AWS.
• Lead architecture reviews; develop business cases and executive narratives linking data/AI to business outcomes.
• Mentor architects and establish reusable patterns; collaborate with product and security teams.
