Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business or related field (Business, Business Administration, Business Technology)
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication
• Develop clear documentation of workflows, processes, and collaborative efforts to support operational efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions
• Leverage technology to recommend strategies for improving processes and collaboration
• Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to discover strengths and interests
• Participate in meetings to observe and learn team functions and align goals
