Job summary

CAI in Richmond, VA is seeking an Enterprise Business Team Intern to gain hands-on experience across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives while supporting collaboration and operational excellence. This full-time internship is remote and follows EST hours, running from June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027.

You will document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help implement process improvements, with exposure to multiple business functions and teams, building skills

Qualifications

• Undergrad student pursuing a degree in Business or related field.
• Current junior with GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Experience documenting and presenting workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating analytics, engagement, supplier management, and projects to maintain alignment.
• Develop documentation of workflows and processes for efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
