Job summary

CAI is offering a Business Tech Intern role that provides hands-on experience across multiple business functions. The internship is full-time and remote, operating on EST hours from June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027.

You will assist in fostering collaboration, documenting workflows, and identifying process improvements while engaging with analytics, engagement, and supplier management teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, or related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating teamwork across analytics, engagement, supplier management, and project initiatives to ensure alignment and communication.
• Develop clear documentation of workflows, processes, and collaboration efforts.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Leverage technology to improve processes and foster collaboration.
• Gain exposure to diverse teams and operations to identify strengths and interests.
• Participate in meetings to observe and learn team functions across business areas.
