Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with ManTech, seeks an Enterprise Architect in Stafford, VA. The role focuses on DoDAF architecture development for Marine Corps programs, with primarily remote work and occasional on-site presence in Stafford (1–2 times per month).

The candidate will develop Marine Corps compliant architectures, extend tool schemas, mentor staff, and collaborate with engineers and IT standards personnel to ensure system interoperability and certification for MAGTF networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of DoDAF Architecture experience; additional 2 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Catia Magic portfolio tools for architecture development.
• Familiarity with UAF and/or SysML; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop Marine Corps compliant Enterprise and DoDAF 2.02 architectures.
• Extend architecture tool schemas to satisfy data requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentor staff on architecture projects.
• Capture architecture data with engineers and IT standards personnel.
• Prepare technical docs, matrices, and training material.
• Participate in architectural meetings and events.
