Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Senior Systems Architect to lead architectural design for complex enterprise systems in a DoD-context at Fort Meade, MD. You will translate mission requirements into actionable artifacts, interfacing with mission partners, network admins, and accreditation bodies.

Responsibilities include modeling, virtualization design, and cross-domain solutions, using Visio and Cameo, with DoDAF/SysML/UAF frameworks and RMF/ATO support. U.S. citizenship and clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of systems engineering or architecture experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required.
• On-site work at DISA HQ, Fort Meade, MD.
• Expertise with DoDAF, SysML, or UAF frameworks.
• Experience with RMF/ATO processes or ICDs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain Architecture Overviews and Data Flow Diagrams using Cameo and Visio.
• Document virtualization designs on VMware/Hyper‑V and related storage mappings.
• Integrate Kubernetes environments with legacy VMs and data paths.
• Maintain architecture baselines across Linux, Windows, and VDI.
• Model boundary protections and cross‑domain solutions for coalition needs.
• Collaborate with agile teams to align roadmaps with sprints and PIs.
• Support RMF/ATO documentation and accreditation activities.
