Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking five Enterprise Architects to own architecture for large Adobe Experience Cloud programs for enterprise clients. You will translate business goals into multi-year roadmaps and stay close to delivery to ensure design remains aligned with the customer’s tech stack.

This is a remote role (US) with a client-facing emphasis, collaborating with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs. Senior expertise in AEM, Analytics, Target, and CDP across cloud platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital, martech, or IT.
• 5+ years hands-on architecting and implementing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories
• Experience with at least one content-focused Adobe product (AEM, Workfront, GenStudio, or Firefly)
• Cloud-native architecture on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Microservices and API-first, composable architecture design
• Track record advising C-level stakeholders in a client-facing consulting role
• Pre-sales experience including RFP/RFI responses, estimation, and architecture proposals

Responsibilities

• Advise executive stakeholders and translate business objectives into multi-year Adobe Experience Cloud roadmaps
• Own end-to-end architecture across three or more Experience Cloud solution areas
• Design composable, API-first solutions that integrate with existing CRM, ERP, and data platforms
• Lead engagements from discovery through delivery, tying architecture decisions to outcomes like revenue and retention
• Architectural oversight across concurrent implementations using reference architectures and review cadences
• Support pre-sales: RFP and RFI responses, effort estimates, and architecture proposals
• Identify short-term fixes with longer-term plans when tech doesn't meet customer needs
• Partner with delivery leads, developers, and data teams to ensure approved design is built
