Sentara Health is hiring an Enterprise Analytics Consultant for a fully remote role. The position supports executive leadership and cross-functional analytics initiatives across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL/Power BI skills, experience with healthcare data, and the ability to guide stakeholders and present strategic recommendations at the leadership level.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Preferred) in a relevant field.
• 5 years of business acumen (Required).
• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
• 2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide stakeholders and shape analytic direction; influence decisions and present recommendations to leaders.
• Work across enterprise analytics, strategy, quality, finance, operations, and value-based care.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives and governance projects to support Sentara’s top-line goals.
