Job summary

Girikon is hiring a Program Manager (Enterprise AI) to lead Gemini Enterprise roadmap initiatives and manage AI enablement programs. The role requires steering cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Security, and Business units, plus governance and KPI tracking for ROI impact.

We expect 8+ years in enterprise PM, strong executive communication, and experience with AI platforms and enterprise POCs. Remote work is available with flexible US coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise project or program management experience.
• Experience managing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Security, and Business units.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise POCs and technology evaluations.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise and Workato.
• Proficiency with Jira or Smartsheet and other PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Gemini Enterprise roadmap initiatives.
• Manage a backlog of AI agent requests.
• Oversee rollout of enterprise features and connectors currently in testing.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Drive AI enablement initiatives and governance frameworks.
• Track adoption, metrics, and ROI impact.
• Lead evaluation and execution of POCs including KPIs, timelines, and reporting.
• Develop phased AI strategy with measurable milestones.
• Partner with executives to refine embedded AI strategy and enterprise transformation.
• Coordinate AI learning programs and quarterly Hackathons.
