Qualifications

• 3–6 years in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting.
• Track record of shipping production code in customer‑facing roles.
• AI-literate, understands how LLMs consume data.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or C#.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams to deploy Connect AI and validate agent workflows.
• Write production code connecting customer systems to Connect AI.
• Own deployment health, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Document product gaps and feed insights to product team.
