Position: Enrollment Specialist

This role is part of the Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) team, responsible for telephonically educating and enrolling patients in a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program aimed at helping them manage their chronic illnesses (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Work from an assigned patient pool, making outbound calls to educate and persuade patients to join our care program.
• Establish rapport, overcome objections, and tailor messaging based on patient demographics, health concerns, and insurance.
• Demonstrate sales acumen and adaptability in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain high call volume, spending over 80% of your time on the phone.
• Communicate effectively, explaining the program in an influential, concise, and personable manner.
• Work well within a team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Use professional etiquette and express empathy during patient interactions.
• Accurately enter data and multitask efficiently.
• Creatively deliver education tailored to showcase the benefits of the CCM program.
• Work comfortably with software platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Skype.
• Be available during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST).
• Possess an associate degree or higher and be US-based.
