Job summary

AO Globe Life is expanding our remote team and hiring graduates in business, marketing, or communications for a 100% remote, independent contractor role. You will receive full training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, with inbound client leads and a clear growth path into leadership.

You'll work from anywhere in the U.S. with weekly pay, performance bonuses, and licensing support to pursue Life & Health licenses, while delivering high-quality, client-focused service and guiding

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
