Job Responsibilities

1. Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients
3. Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
4. Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages via Zoom
5. Complete applications for insurance products
6. Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills
7. Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
8. Assist with tasks required by underwriters to approve coverage
