Job Responsibilities

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients
• Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
• Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages via Zoom
• Complete insurance application processes
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills
• Sell and upsell insurance products to clients
• Assist with underwriting tasks to secure client coverage approval
