Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients
• Schedule appointments with clients requesting benefits
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits over Zoom
• Complete insurance applications
• Attend ongoing training sessions to improve skills
• Sell and upsell insurance products to new and existing clients
• Assist with underwriting tasks to secure client coverage approval
