Responsibilities

• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
• Call and receive calls from clients.
• Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits.
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls.
• Complete applications for insurance products.
• Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to improve your skills.
• Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients.
• Complete tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage.
