Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients
• Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
• Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages via Zoom
• Complete applications for insurance products
• Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills
• Sell and upsell insurance to new and existing clients
• Assist with tasks required by underwriters for client coverage approval
