eStreet Security is seeking a Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Career Services professional to handle inbound client consultations for a remote role. You will speak with professionals who have booked time to talk.

You’ll conduct consultative intake calls, understand career goals, assess fit, and guide candidates through enrollment while building relationships and ongoing follow-up. This is a fully remote, flexible position with warm leads and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Background in Recruiting, TA, Career Coaching, or Consultative Sales.
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and independent.
