Job summary

Synthires seeks experienced English Teachers to contribute to a project improving AI assistants through real-world educational tasks. You will apply your expertise in language, literature, and instruction to evaluate AI outputs and enhance how AI handles teaching-related responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have English/literature teaching experience and strong grammar skills, with comfort evaluating tone, clarity, and instructional quality. Fully remote opportunity in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
• Experience teaching English or related subjects.
• Strong grammar and writing analysis skills.
• Daily use of Google Workspace tools (Classroom, Gmail, Calendar).
• Experience communicating with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Complete realistic teaching workflows using AI assistant tools.
• Evaluate AI-generated emails, messages, and schedules for accuracy and professionalism.
• Apply grading guidelines to assess AI outputs.
• Review content for grammar, clarity, tone, and audience suitability.
• Use literature and language instruction expertise to judge outputs.
• Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently.
• Document findings, ratings, and feedback in evaluation platforms.
• Contribute insights to improve AI systems for educators.
