Alignerr Corp. invites qualified transcribers to join an AI training initiative. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role to convert spoken English into accurate, well-formatted text, capturing nuances, accents, and speaker changes.

You’ll work with diverse audio types, apply consistent formatting, and review transcripts on your own schedule. No prior transcription experience required; strong English listening skills and reliability are enough to get started.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English fluency with excellent listening comprehension.
• Strong written English skills with solid grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach; able to follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Listen to English audio and produce precise, verbatim transcriptions.
• Capture natural speech patterns, fillers, and speaker changes where required.
• Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and spelling per guidelines.
• Identify and flag unclear or inaudible segments.
• Handle diverse audio types: conversations, interviews, lectures, podcasts, customer interactions.
• Review and proofread transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
