Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, then contribute to improving AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
