Job summary

PND Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering teams by coordinating project information, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

The role offers growth into scheduling, project controls, quality processes, and engineering support, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across multiple disciplines in Anchorage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or related technical degree required or substantial experience in engineering support.
• Experience with coordinating documentation and project deliverables in engineering or construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of project information between principals, designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support project delivery by coordinating engineering deliverables and maintaining organized project records.
• Provide document control support to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
• Track deliverables, action items, and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare, coordinate, and track vendor submittals, RFIs, and material requisitions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and other tools.
• Support quality processes through document/drawing reviews and revision tracking.
• Assist with minor CAD drawing updates as needed.
